I have been working in the field of dental hygiene for 10 years. What amazes me about this field is that it not only strengthens the health of the teeth as such, but also positively affects the rest of the body.
It literally slows down aging by reducing chronic inflammation or revealing nutritional deficiencies, whether it's an imbalanced microbiome or low mineral levels.
Because I am a passionate athlete, biohacker and inclined to holistic medicine, in my practice I search for the causes of problems and their solutions. I don't want to just polish the surface of the tooth and pretend that everything is fine when the problems would catch up with you later anyway.
With years of experience and information from the fields of naturopathy and proper nutrition, I have a deeper understanding of why people get sick.
This has become my passion today: to find the origin of the imbalance so that I can work with my patients from the root of the causes, restoring their radiant smile and ultimately their health.
